On Thursday, October 30, Caffetteria Bonocore will host the “Florio Experience”, in collaboration with Cantine Florio.
A Masterclass with Irene Taormina and Irene D’Asta, dedicated to the history of Marsala wine and the entrepreneurial vision of the Florio family — a story intertwined with the Palermo Felicissima exhibition, hosted inside Palazzo Bonocore.
The event will be followed by a tasting featuring three gastronomic pairings: Marsala Vergine Riserva, Marsala Semisecco Riserva, Marsala Secco Riserva, and the Bonocore Signature, the house cocktail made with Marsala.
At the end of the event, participants will be offered a complimentary visit to the interactive exhibition Palermo Felicissima, completing the experience through art and tradition.
